People always ask what brings me joy. It can be a difficult question to answer at times. It is so easy for me to forget about taking time to have fun in the midst of responsibilities and deadlines, but it is such an essential part of staying healthy! What are your little joys? Sometimes all you need is 5 minutes of joy to change the entire day. Just do it.
