Loving yourself is not always easy. Take time to love yourself today. Nurture your mind and body in whatever way works best for you today. It is okay to stop for a little while. In the name of love. This work is essential. You are worth it.


Take a sabbath.

Take a bath.

Go for walk.

Listen to your favorite album.

Dance in the rain.

Drive with the windows down.

Eat your favorite food.

Treat yourself to something sweet.

Make a smoothie or cook a meal.

Have lunch or dinner with a loved one or dear friend.

Treat yourself to a movie.

Do yoga.


Do something that makes you feel loved. Remember, your mind and body deserve to be pampered and honored. They feed your spirit. Let your spirit soar.
